RHEL6互換のOSである、CentOS 6とScientific Linux 6については、次期バージョンにて対応する予定です。 RHEL5系とパッケージ名などが異なるので、現在のKaresansui2.0をSL6やCentOS6で動かすことは難しいと思います。 パッケージの衝突などを全てクリアすれば、あるいは動かすことが出来るかもしれませんが、まだ動作確認が取れていません。

情報提供ありがとうございます。 なるほど、確かにこれが原因でテーブル作成が失敗している可能性が高いですね。 MySQLでの利用も想定し、256文字となっている部分を255文字にする方向で検討してみます。
