Karesansui Users

I have Karesansui installed on CentOS 5.3.

The http://xxxxxxxxxxxxx/karesansui/v1/ in the Browser give me an Error:
500 - Internal Server Error

A test with a index.html in /opt/hde/www/
its ok.

The error.log of hde-lighttpd give me:
